ICC FINLAND

ICC Finland is one of over 90 ICC national committees around the world. ICC national committees and groups form the global network that makes ICC unique among business organizations. ICC Finland was founded in 1927 in order to promote the Finnish business interests in the international trade via the ICC. Today, ICC Finland is one of the most active ICC National Committees in the world.
ICC Finland presents largely the Finnish business interests in the global economy. All leading Finnish companies in international trade are the ICC members. There is over 170 company members as well as around 30 business association members including all the Finnish Chambers. ICC Finland is governed by the Executive Board and the Council of which gather 65 Finnish business leaders from various leading national business associations and companies. Some 200 experts from Finnish business organizations and companies participate in 16 ICC commissions or groups formulating the Finnish position on ICC global issues.
Mission
- Determine the position of Finnish business on international issues
- Represent and promote Finnish positions within ICC
- Nominate Finnish representatives in ICC commissions and groups
- Implement ICC Rules, Codes and Guidelines in Finland
- Promote ICC positions to Finnish business and government
- Marketing and distribution of ICC publications in Finland
- Nominate Finnish arbitrators to ICC Court of Arbitration
